How to start a return

1. Email us at: Tacticaloneone.com to request a return authorization (RA number)
2. Condition of items: Items must be in new condition  and in original packaging. Used products are not returnable.
3. Ship it back: Include your RA number on the package so we can quickly process you return.
4. Damaged or defective items can be replaced or refunded based on terms and conditions. Your total satisfaction is our goal!
